Delivery Policies

We can have your produce delivered to meet your requirements either to your home or workplace using a trusted and reliable third party refrigerated company that complies with all of Victoria’s PrimeSafe requirements for handling and transporting our produce to you.

What is the turnaround time from ordering?

Depending on availability of the produce we aim to have your produce dispatched within 48 hours from ordering.

Redelivery  

If you are not home at time of delivery, and you have not specified that we can leave your delivery unattended, we will need to organise a new delivery day. This will incur an added redelivery fee which is be the same as the original fee. If your order did not incur an originally charge a delivery fee you will incur the standard delivery fee for your location
