Refund policy
Returns
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products and strict health policies. If there is a problem with the product and the way it was received, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact sales@gippslandgamemeats.com.au. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.
Refund
We strive to provide you with the best quality product. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and sort it for you. If there is a problem with the product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
All product is labelled with a use by date for recommended appropriate consumption times.
We do not honor returns or refunds:
- if the claim is not made within 24 hours of the product being delivered
- if the produce has been opened
- if the product has been stored incorrectly
- if you change your mind in relation to our products.
Refund of Out-of-Stock Items
As constant availability of some Game Harvested produce is beyond our control, sometimes we may sell out of the item you requested in your order. If this happens, you will be notified by email or phone call and a refund, change of item or store credit will be arranged.
